Who pays for cleaning and supplies?
Guests pay the cleaning fee. Supplies come out of the property’s funds and show up line by line on your statement.
Something breaks at 11 p.m.?
Guests message us, not you. You hear from us for spend decisions and structural problems — not a jammed lock.
Can you take over my existing listing?
Usually. Cohosting keeps your reviews, your rating and your Superhost status instead of starting over.
What about permits and taxes?
